Wat het label opleverde, en wanneer. Een track, een tool, een experiment, een tekening, een mislukking. Items worden na publicatie niet aangepast; een correctie krijgt een nieuw item.

  1. SITE

    Facility online

industryplant.nl is live and deploying itself. A push to the repository builds and publishes without anyone touching a dashboard.

The numbers, since they are the point of measuring: 130 KB of JavaScript on first load against a 180 KB ceiling, 5.9 KB of HTML against 50 KB, and an 881 KiB server bundle against a 3 MiB cap. Everything is server-rendered and readable with JavaScript switched off.

One address only. The site was briefly reachable at a second, automatically generated address as well — two copies of the same thing competing for the same search results. Closed.

No 3D yet. That is deliberate and it is phase three. The conventional site ships complete first, or it never ships at all.

  2. ARTISTLABEL

    Three artists specified

GRIO, ABEL and PIET are documented in full: positioning, sound, backstory, language, territory, audience, and the provenance record for each.

Three naming conflicts in the early source material were resolved and closed. Two tracks had been carrying working titles that were never meant to survive drafting, and one artist had briefly been given a different name. All three now have one name each, recorded in the decision log, and the discarded versions are retired rather than repeated.

Grio's tracks are Saitama, MDM, Niama and Sicario. Piet's is Ik snap het niet.

No public releases. All three are STATUS: TEASER.

  3. TOOLINGARTIST

Face locks written for all three artists

Every artist now has a face lock: a written specification of permanent identity markers, camera treatment, assembly order, and a drift guard listing what must never appear in a frame.

Grio: two razor slits in the left brow only, silver diamond huggie hoops in both ears, short freeform twists. Abel: one small black cross on the left cheekbone, never mirrored. Piet: thick blond chevron mustache, no beard.

Piet's is the one that will be tested hardest. "Curly blond guy with a mustache" is a strong generic attractor, and the model will reach for it whenever the specification is not loud enough.

Governs every image and video of that artist. Not optional.
